About Me

I would describe myself as a very determined,enthusiastic and highly motivated person who relishes challenges. I always take my job seriously.  I'm able to see things in right perspective & believe that I'm quite easy-going to work with. Likewise I'm an optimist but I do feel the need to be a realist at times, so I cope up well whenever the going gets tough. I enjoy creativity and like to present things uniquely. 

 

I'm always a CO-LEARNER. My learners and I, share the knowlege in the most innovative way. I believe that a learner's development should cross the boundary of academics and be socially as well as spiritually developed. I always look for a strategy that will motivate the learners to be independent learners. Curriculum should guide the learner to be on the right track and help him achieve his desired goals. Therefore, round the clock, I keep on sharpening my saw of knowledge by enrolling myself in various effective educational courses. I have shared it on this website too.

 

I believe that each learner is special and has an upper hand on at some or the other area which makes him  'special'. With this frame of mind, I observe things minutely and try to search for that  'special' skill the learner possesses and then nurture it. To acheive that I implement IEP(Individual Educational Plan) which leads us to attain our desired goal. I hope the videos on the pages of this website will be helpful to many people around.
